Downloads - Brought to you by Karen Wisse, compiled from suggestions from myself and other stroke survivors. Good luck to you and get on with smiling and being free from your former struggles - yes enjoy your new struggles, you've got the time now. Be loved and let people in and let them help with love not pity.

Home help in New Zealand - joke.

Only happens if you have permanent disabilities. My experience. Regardless what they promise.

Phone a friend time, there are lovely random groups on facebook and other networking groups that would love to help, and may have been in similiar situations. It starts with you reaching out.

The community will come to the party but they need to be A invited, and B understand your cause.

yes I will update this page once I am proven wrong but my experience it was random stranger from Face book that helped me the most with transport and cleaning.

I dare you to prove me wrong.
