Good luck to you and get on with smiling and being free from your former struggles - yes enjoy your new struggles, you've got the time now. Memory

  • Get a fridge manet notepad for reminders
  • Get a calendar with day/month tear offs
  • It is excruitating to be forgetful - pills, appointments, bills
  • Be very careful on how you remind us we've lost our minds - you will get a very angry resentful personality come to the forefront if your not delicate with our new normal!

Buy us a note book, we need to be independent and can't be with the amount of stuff we will forget and misplace. Yes we will still forget to write in the note book or look at our notes on our smart phones when doing groceries, invite a friend to doc visits and hope they turn up.

This new forgetful thing is intolerable - yet it's here for a while. Things do get better but bring a dictaphone to any meetings and write stuff in your diary.

When at the Docs try and remember to get presecritptiosn with repeats, else each month you will be spending money you don't have on presciprtions and doctor visits.

This week I have had to make five appointments to the doc, 2 and then 3 consecutive appointments as they only have ten minute slots, and can't get through their routines in time. I don't have the presence of mind to work out their routines, nor how long it takes to do stuff. I do have the presense of mind to know if I need to be taking pills forever chances are they should have the repeats on them at the chemist so I don't need to keep paying for every stupid visit.

Change doctors if they can't work this shit out for you.
