Downloads - Brought to you by Karen Wisse, compiled from suggestions from myself and other stroke survivors. Good luck to you and get on with smiling and being free from your former struggles - yes enjoy your new struggles, you've got the time now. Be loved and let people in and let them help with love not pity.

Stress

Stress and Smoking cause strokes.

Bad blood causes it, high cholesterol etc. but essentially life will kill you.

If you've offered support to others, this is like negative stress. This prolongs life.

Try it and reach out, hold some ones' hand. If it's done right (in a none stalker way) it's the most reassuring thing I can offer up. Reach out and touch someone - in a non stalker way.

I wrote books, and will continue to offer aid to those of us who know a midlife crisis is so much more painful than a red sports car can ever possibly offset.
